Lars & Rosa is an independent character project I created as a space to develop my own characters, stories and visual world outside of commercial work.

At the heart of the project are Lars and Rosa, two very different personalities whose relationship provides the foundation for a growing collection of illustrations, animations and short stories. I develop everything from the character designs and animation to the situations, humour and wider visual identity of their world.

The project has gradually grown beyond the screen into physical products and collaborations, giving me the opportunity to explore how an original character IP can evolve across animation, illustration, storytelling and design.

It’s an ongoing project and, most importantly, a place where I can experiment, make things that make me laugh and develop a world entirely of my own.
